To become staff (helper as first) you should wait for the next applications, to open and if we accept you, you should deserve your way up to the title administrator which is not given to random people and you should put a lot of efforts to reach it. But also we are doing good with Henk now, so if you want to apply for staff, feel free to do it when the apps open. (You should know english very good as well)
