Far as I know any server running a vote crate plugin has had this issue. I doubt we will see a fix for this as I beleive the owners of both the vote crate plugin and varied commodities at least for 1.12.2 retired. 'Edit: Also Shivaxi primarily focuses on singleplayer aspects, he does some multiplayer stuff but all he started using on his testing servers that i know of. Is claims, a sleeping plugin, and maybe one or two others. So doubt we will see any vote crate support from Shivaxi's anytime soon sadly.'
 
 The barrels still work just keep in mind the barrels have a bit of a visual bug and the more you have the more lag u and others will experience. For example I once last year had a base with over 500 barrels cause i'm a hoarder. My PC handled it like a champ. My laptop lagged horribly and people with lower end machines than my laptop would nearly outright crash. The other thing is that as you use more barrels it will look like the items are disappearing they are still there u just have to reenter the barrel. 
 
 I personnally tho am starting to like some of the new cabinets we got here in 2.9.1.

Are you using java 32? Ram is set to 4098M and it comes back with an error that the specified size exceeds the max size, this could be becuase you might be using 32 bit java.  Are you using any java args?
You can check both in the options.

Also you can set the ram to a higher amount if u have it to spare just don't go past 10gb of ram as that'll mess things up on your end. Only servers should go past that amount. Also even tho java is supposed to come with the modpack make sure you have java installed and that its 64bit.

Rlcraft is a modpack made to punish people in just about every way and make them think differently in how they do things. Before 2.9 it wouldn't have been hard to argue that we had some limitations in what we could build with and how it looked. Now we have quark mod and a few other mods that add interesting new building items for us to use. 
 I also know they tried once so far to disable the events and it ended up only disabling the minibosses and bosses instead of the events. 
I do not know what the lycanite config looks like as most of the stuff i look at usually as an ingame viewing option for a decent amount of what it offers. If there are more attempts at this in the future, I would ask if its possible to only disable these events in main world. Despite some of the downsides to these events they are a very good source in some cases for people to gain knowledge rank exp and/or to make an attempt to tame a pet/mount they've had a hard time finding. 
 
 The events that tend to cause the most harm yearround would be cinderfall, eruption, and Hells Fury as the primary base damagers also Sharknado spawns flying sharks that can knock off signs/item frames. In december Your Head Roastin On A Cinder Fire spawns several of the mobs from cinderfall and even tho there isn't a mob list in the wiki Satan Claw may have demons as part of it. Halloween also has its own event that will have a chance to spawn demons called Happy Halloween. 
 
 If they can't be disabled for one world only but, is found that some can be disabled individually then i would suggest the ones listed be the main ones disabled as most of the mobs can be found in the nether, spawns created for them like cinders will start spawning with 7-12 active fires going, and the roas aka sharks can be found in oceans. The mobs are also programmed to despawn on there own after 5 min of the chunk being loaded in some people may perceive that they are staying longer as chunks on the outer edge of peoples visions (outer most chunks seeable) may not necessary have there timers counting down.

What scarlxd did does not fit the requirements for harassment, or break any other rules.

One more thing, since most of the items were given back anyways, if Scarl was punished for this, I believe the punishment should be repealed due to the rules being vague in what they allow and disallow. Stating that pvp is allowed in the wilderness, then punishing any player who has a complaint made about them due to harassment or intentional harm just because they killed someone in wilderness is contradictory. You are basically stating that pvp in the wilderness is punishable and that only consented pvp in the wilderness is allowed.

Dying to a player in the end has never been illegal whether it was consented or not. This cannot be categorized as harassment as it is not a continued unwanted action. Furthermore, the killer returned almost all the items except a dragon ring. While I understand that the experience of the player who died was dampened, there are two sides of this argument. The end is a wilderness and it is well known that wild fights are to occur there. It is one of the only places where players like Scarl are able to pvp anyone other than his friends for his own enjoyment. I believe a rule should be made that states that pvp is only allowed to occur through consented means. That is basically what this comes down to. Any non-consented form of pvp is punishable despite the rules not saying explicitly so because there are rules stating that both continued unwanted actionis and intentional harm is punishable.

Time and Date: 1-23-22  between 2:00pm central stand time- 2:40pmish For the kill. He stream sniped several hours earlier.

Description of what happened: Earlier in the day I was streaming discord side. I was working on my first actual base as I have been living with my clan. While I was working on the foundation Scarlxd (discord is Scar the Sniper #7733) joined. I was at my base, at clan base, and at a place in lost cities( I have journeymap so he saw the coords under the minimap). Before I invited anyone over to my base it was already known he was pretty much claim camping off peoples claims including my own (he had literally jumped Evilcashew83008 and Ch3xCH2xOH the moment they had stepped off there claim earlier). I invited Karedami and Dragonguy_ to my base to help me make a redstone door that people either using Titan rings or became a titan could use. They both tp'd to me. I tried to let'm know not go off claim and that the mountain range was the bad direction. One of them didn't quite hear it with others talking in discord. Moment Dragonguy_ barely stepped off claim he was jumped by scarlxd whose using invisible potions combined with invisible armor so we couldn't even see him. Journeymap even though i have it does not show people who are using invisibility potion.



List of eyewitnesses Neongamerplayz (Crab of Pog#5794 ) was there for the stream sniping.
Bonelesspizza69 (xSILENTxWOOKIEx #6969) Was on for the stream sniping. Said he muted himself and I know he joined my stream he was my 3rd viewer at the time
