Why am i not getting my reward for reviewing the server...

I reviewed the server about three weeks ago. and i have not gotten my reward... i hope someone can fix this

Reviews are checked Monday and Friday, but some reviews do not provide us the player name so we can't reward. Give me a link to the review and also tell us what's your review so we can check it out.
