For anyone wondering the details, I asked seragus if his rollback problem was fixed, he replied that it was and it wasn't, he had to break and replace ME drives to get access to the cells contained in them again. Also he had to break and replace the cables since they were bugged too. Later on, he replied that he did infact loose some drives but he didn't lose anything major and decided to get the materials farmed again if needed.
