Health Bug issue

So, my brother josetome has an in game health issue, he cannot be killed by any means we can think of, and he cant interact with many inventories, it seems he was a victim of a trap, or an issue, anyway, i request a player reset from bruny or something to help fix this issue, he can do commands, talk and move around, but not pickups items, interact or die.
