Community Forum Update IPB 4.3!

Hi guys,

Today we did a major forum update from 4.2 to 4.3 and not just security patches, this changes some stuff and adds some new features. Forum theme was also updated so it is compatible with the new forum platform.

As for the theme update, it's mainly a compatibility update for IPB 4.3 and some bug fixes for announcements and register button.

The "Announcements" tab on the forum looks a little odd to me,maybe make it so you can scroll down and have all announcements centered?
