NEI/ command block request

First off I wanna state I have no problem with nei being disabled, however I do have a problem with how items are now tagged.

If you spawn in a item, it will instantly get a tag with nei or no nei. But because of the change that was made to nei, i can no longer spawn functional in micoblocks, and if i do they turn into coal microblocks (the same thing happens with /item but it doesn't get the tag). The pneumatic servo doesn't work when spawned in, you cant change tagged items into micoblocks with the saw tool. Any type of energy storing device such as a resonant energy cell or a flux infused sword, loses all charge when it gets the tag. So the question being is their any other way creative players can do this?

On a extra note I would very much like to have access to command blocks for one of my builds for block texture for a texture pack and for easy travel and other things i will be happy to explain, I have been told by fellow players it is possible and I would like to use them on either my P+ or Sponsor+ account. Thanks!

Command blocks are disabled server wide they will not be enabled.

The other parts i don't know much about fixing @brunyman would have to address this part but you may have to create those items legit sadly that do not function correctly with the spawn tags.
