It happens to all players who have been inactive for a long time, because there was an update of a plugin and everyone had to have a reset of the account (unregister the account).

If you have been playing lately idk what could be the reason.

Yes ... a few hours ago I was in the game, but the problem is what I already said, when I entered (Premium IP) I was asked to log in when I should not do it ... And therefore I do not get my skin ... (I guess it has errors) Like MarceLOL said the server went through several updates and I've been idle for a long time
