Hi, FTB Team stopped providing updates over Twitch launcher, in order to download version 2.7.0 you need to use FTB App or CraftersLand Launcher Have fun!

Have you tried a clean install? Like delete all modpack files and re-download

I think it means that you do not have 4GB RAM available for the game to start
