While we appreciate all player feedback, there are a few ground rules. If you'd like to report an incident of staff misconduct, the best course of action would be to get in touch with a Network Admin and discuss the matter in private, while also providing sufficient evidence to back up your claims. Giving one of our hard-working Moderators a bad rap based solely on allegations doesn't help, I'll tell you that. On the contrary, do keep in mind that we won't tolerate any name-calling or insults towards our staff regardless of the circumstances. Consider this a warning.
Moving on. By our own definition of a hacked client found in the Network rules posted here:
As such, we would still consider Freecam to fall into said category, as it allows you to move around and interact with blocks in a way that's considerably different than your average player experience, find hidden stuff, etc. It's no surprise that Freecam is widely accepted as a hack and bannable on the majority of servers, including ours. We take cheating very seriously, there's no excuse for it.

P.S. As for the new Helpers, training is under way. You can let us worry about that. As with everything, there's a learning curve.

Yeap, thx ^^. We already know the issue, right now our Admin @N3co_ is taking care of the problem. It's not a Luky Perms problem, so everyone can log in the moddalities. We hope fix it as soon as posible.

-The filtres of the doors were changed for interactive items! As the Scyth clock, now will need to right-click to the item in front of the door!
-I also add some ambiental sounds and visual effects to be more immersive!

Hi, we are having some issues with the player-data and we are doing all that we can to fix the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will notify all of you Crafters when the problem get solved.

Recently we got problems with the comand of /item so Administrator team decided to disable the comand temporally to have time to find how to fix it. The command will not be deleted to user that bought premium+ in Pure Survival, it's a temporally manteniance.

The player already told me by discord all the information needed. He's getting lost with this and its taking a loot of time. I already take care of this. Password reset completed, and because the time u didnt log, your things dissapeared.

Hi, I don't see the armor stand, maybe was killing entities command or something, that deleted your armor. However, as RuisuMC said, staffs don't pick up items without a reason.

Hi everyone,
As you already know, we've always been quite flexible -dare I say, generous- with command requests. As long as the commands requested are reasonable, safe to use and don't mess with others' gameplay experience or affect server integrity/performance, there's a good chance that we'll end up granting them.
In fact, there's one perk in particular that keeps coming up in command requests. It's none other than WorldEdit. Frequently asked for, we've been cool with giving people WorldEdit on our survival servers, even though it sort of defeats the purpose of a (pure) survival experience.
However, during the last few months, we have been getting more and more reports of incidents involving abuse of WorldEdit permissions, to the point where it's now starting to get out of hand. In light of these circumstances, we no longer feel comfortable with giving people access to WorldEdit on any Vanilla server. As much as we don't want to disappoint those who have been using WorldEdit the right way, this change is necessary in order to protect our community from the ever-increasing number of abusive players that have been causing all sorts of trouble.
To this end, we have removed WorldEdit from all Sponsors across the Vanilla Network and will no longer provide access to it.
So, please keep this in mind when you post your next command request topic. You'll still be able to request other commands as usual.
