vote Is it time for a full server WIPE on our Tekkit server?

Hi crafters,

I got a lot of requests for WIPE, so here it is, last WIPE was on 2nd March, thats about 7 months ago. I checked the server live maps, and random teleport locations and the map is fairly full but you may still find a spot to build if you try harder. The server traffic is also reduced so please vote in the pool above and let us know if it's time for a WIPE now. Thanks, below you can find links to stats and live maps.

Yes, If, and after a server is wiped, bruny provides a download link for the old map.

Is it possible for us to make a mystcraft dimension on this world before reset and be able to have the same dimension regenerate on the new world or should I just wait? Been meaning to make an awesome private mystcraft world

I think its 9.99 euro fer a pero mystcraft world but every thing wipes in a wip includung the myst world so wait till after wipe for a perm

I don't get any lag or anything along that nature on the server, I think it's fine as it is.

No, The server gets a full wipe and that includes mystcraft saves. However, you don’t lose the donation if you were to get one, as after a wipe you could just make a new topic and give us the new mystcraft ID that you want to apply it to.

before the weekend? It is the weekend? 

 

I can’t tell you when we get a wipe, IF we get a wipe, Bruny would do it when he has the time to  It’s many hours of prep work, and then applying it. It takes quite a while.

usually it is for a limited amount of time. I'd get it ASAP if you're interested in it.

 

The server might benefit from using bittorrent to distribute some of the load and save on bandwidth. I'd seed it on my connection for as long as I could.
