Hey, I'm sorry that this has taken so long. I have tried a few times to get the drives back but for some reason the block does not appear after being imported in. Could you message me on Discord (Jord#7794 / EPICfighters in CL discord server.). Recently, I have not had much time to do anything, when I get time I will communicate through discord about this rollback.

Oh sorry, I should have mentioned this in the last reply, but I will need the coordinates of the Refined Storage Drive in order to do the rollback. Putting what you lost in the coordinates section does not help ?

I have transferred the package over to DW 1.12. You should receive the keys within 5-10 minutes (if you are currently online).

The keys you bought are for the Ultimate Reloaded server. There are two scenarios here. 1. You posted this in the wrong section. 2. The keys are meant for DW 1.12 and you bought them for the wrong server. Which one is it?

A Message to All Players We appreciate all the votes you give us. However, if you are not an active player on the server then you will not be given the Top Voter rank. This rank is meant for the top voter to have a few extra abilities whilst playing on the server until it expires. Players who vote but do not play on the server will not receive the rank and therefore it will be awarded to the next active top voter inline. The commands for some of the servers are still due to be sent. If you stay logged in for 5-15 minutes on the server then it should go through. I have resend the prefix package with the updated prefix. Same situation as the rank, stay logged into the server and it should go through. Note: You will need to go to each server individually. For example, PureSurvival, Skyblock and AssassinS. If the your rank is still not active even after waiting then please inform us again and it will be set.

We unfortunately don't have a backup for the time you specified. The only backups we have around that time are 2 hours after or 12 hours before. Do you remember roughly what was in the storage device?

Strange, I just tested the quest and it works fine for me. Could you possibly share an image of your problem? Before doing so, try clicking on the Item Reward, sometimes this fixes it and lets you claim the item.

I see that you made a rollback request but retracted it. Am I correct in assuming you no longer want a rollback?
