Thank you for reporting this, when it comes to the questline I would have no idea if a specific quest is not achievable if nobody reported it. However, there are like 8 different questlines so if you could specify the questline title along with the quest titles (or quest ID numbers), I will be able to edit them.

As for grief around the base, if you know the player and it is sufficient enough to be deemed grief, then you can provide that information.

Yes. 

NEI is basically and older version of JEI, used on our Bukkit servers. On our bukkit servers we use slightly different plugins such as essentials and that allows us to give a specific node that would allow NEI cheat mode. 

 

However in sponge, it’s a little different and we aren’t able to pin-point the node.

As for the other commands, we do not give access for TP or /give to non-staff members. You do have the ability of /tpa which is the teleport request, most of the time if you ask to teleport to a player, they'll accept. As for JEI, the only way we'd be able to hand out cheat-mode access is to hand out permissions that we do not give out as it is nearly the same when it comes to nodes.

Astral Sorcery does have strange bugs and issues, especially when trying to connect to the Luminous crafting table and Workbench.

I've gone ahead and added the Linking Tool from Astral Sorcery to the spawn, admin-shop for $200. Price based off of the items required to craft the tool and methods needed to craft.

[Changing Bloodmoon]

I have made an update to bloodmoon config.

Instead of immediately disabling the mod, I have reduced the mob spawn-rates and mob entity limits. This should help.

 

The reason behind this is the bloodmoon adds excitement and more options for players, as dealing with mobs is the sole purpose of the mod.

I don't believe you need to reinstall. From the looks of your crash:

Then I went lower in the crash to see your given memory:

Memory: 355391064 bytes (338 MB) / 3950510080 bytes (3767 MB) up to 3950510080 bytes (3767 MB)

 

I'd say attempt to give it more memory, perhaps around 6-8gb?

 

I'd assume that should fix your issue, if not, it could be something with the JEI mod and would need a reinstall.
