Server update to version 1.4.3 is complete, this was a huge modpack update and WIPE was recommended to get all new terrain generation features. This was a hard update to implement on server side, as modpack devs didn't provide proper change logs or even a server pack so we had to use client files to build it. We also discovered tons of issues with sponge compatibility and weird stuff still happen we hope in time we will have these ironed out with further updates. There are several tradeoffs we had to do in order to have this work, we had stop using our proxy servers and allow server direct connections, because some of the 340 mods in the pack send some weird packets that trigger errors, while this is good as we don't need to disable the mods that cause it our hybrid login system will not work here anymore and also the custom MOTD stuff. Also to note we could not enable Ancient Warfare mod, we had config mismatch issues strait with the client side but also this mod adds tons of mass destruction tools so not great for a multi player build server. We got a major server update 1.4.3 and the modpack creators recommend a fresh start to benefit of the new terrain generation and features. The server was opened on 22 August last year, that's about 7 months ago. "Developer Note: Just like Beta, this update is rather large, as such I would suggest starting a new World to enjoy new content to its fullest! ♛ (not necessary but recommended)" Should we WIPE and update to 1.4.3 or just update and keep existing map. Hi, the rank and extra permissions like infinite market listings will remain. You can also get those rewards back, like keys and money with a rank reactivation, but we will need players to request it on forum.

We only WIPE if there is a big difference in yes vs no votes, even if it's for WIPE.

Hi guys, So last FTB Ultimate Reloaded server WIPE was on 24 April, more then 11 months ago. Time for a fresh start? As of all WIPE's all data will get a reset except for ranks, new map seeds will be generated and we will provide a download link of the old map. A WIPE will also reduce lag. Check the live server map HERE! Please vote in the pool above and let us know if we should wipe or not.
