As HappyN0x said it can be made in the crafting grid using metal dusts and bucket of destabilized redstone, this recipe can be automated using ME fluid asseblers. Energetic alloy recipe was added because the only other alternative is buggy alloy smelter which is inconsistent and borderline unsuitable for automation and arc furnace, which is hard to fully automate because of the needed arc furnace electrodes. Signalum doesn't have such issues and is easy to automate, the recipe won't be added.

There is no proof in your screenshots that mentioned players did any of this, however after my own investigation i discovered that snobyby was using cheats and therefore was punished accordingly.

as a workaround for this issue all recipes using the upgrade template were modified to use any drawer in it's place, because of how the change is implemented you won't see the recipe in game, nor will you see the crafting output. You have to use regular crafting recipe but replace the upgrade template item with any drawer and then click on emtpy crafting output to get the item. AE2 molecular assemblers and other means of autocrafting should be able to use the new recipe without any issues

While griefing of any base surroundings is not allowed, there is no evidence that timothysage or sleety did any of what you are describing, therefore it is not possible to punish them for this. Just because he visited your base, doesn't mean he did anything to it, people go around the map exploring and visiting other's bases all the time. Additionally tracking players is against the rules for which you have to be punished.

Yes it will overwrite your current inventory, that's why you should put your inventory into a chest or some other storage while logging off to avoid losing your current items. In case of performing the rollback while you are online on the server you will get an appropriate message in game.

You can post under technical supoprt asking for invetory rollback using the template: https://forum.craftersland.net/topic/29543-template-inventory-rollback-request/ but it might take a while to process it. If you remember what you had you can post a refund request instead.

It says you are still member of your town Things like that can happen when you play using a cracked account and then switch to legit one or vice versa. UUID is different then and the server treats you like a different player. It's possible you selected an option to start the game in offline mode in your launcher instead of normal launch. Make sure you are starting the game in online aka normal mode and you should get back your inventory and town access.
