Pixelmon reforged is based on the actual mod's name so I don't think that there would be a change in the name but about more mods also depends on what kind of mods you mean

can we fix this problems about the personal worldspikes first and more annoying , after the server restart there is a chance to either don't work and you have to replace it or it will disappear second , after some server restarts if it didn't disappear you have to refresh it or it doesn't work third and last , for some reason it doesnt want to work with thermal expansion's machines? thanks for your time

there is a missing item from Reliquary mod item: zombie charm i don't remember the id for it for some reason you cant craft it and its missing from the files the problem is on the ftb ultimate reloaded server and probably to other servers too

crazycraft needs a lot maintenance to run i used to help running a server but its really difficult , although i say its possible +1 for crazycraft

The fully upgraded chisel can bypass protection and you can change other peoples blocks (griefing) +i suggest /kill_all in the servers to reduce lag(server cant handle too many entity_blocks)
