I've been playing in network for almost three years and that has never pop out in the chat. I assume that's only a modded issue.

Purchased money and keys are a one-time purchase, and are not available to be reactivated.Server Luck perms data is not removed during a wipe, Rank, Prefix, Homes and Permission (Market Merchant) are not removed during the wipe process. Please check if you have these before making a reactivation request. (Rank Reactivations can still be made since the rewards from purchasing the package are removed.
You can also Reactivate a World Save. However, please post that request in the server's Technical Support page as only Brunyman can do those.
If you have any doubt in what can be reactivated, post the topic and you will be informed by a manager if it can be done.

Hi. We are having pluggin issue on network rigth now. We are waiting for an update. This issue kick players (which is normal latly, even myself have been kicked for discconect.spam)
Are you able to log in? Or everytime you try you go discconected?

Hi. Well this going to sound tough but your evidence "expired". It´s since 2016. By any chances do you have a recent evidence?
Me personally wont return your iteams cause the server dont reset inventories. There haven´t been any type of wipe inventory. So you did something to those iteams.
So please if you have more evidence to provide. Do it
