@achilesx When you're on the store, you can either buy specific server packages (ranks, name tags, kits, etc.) or choose to make a "free donation" to support the server and help keep the lights on, in which case you get nothing in return. Apparently, you made a free donation and that's why you didn't get anything in return. If you'd like to pick something else that's equivalent in price to the amount you paid, feel free to browse the store and let us know what you want. We appreciate your support!

Additionally, everyone gets a 20sec no-PvP timer after every respawn. Hopefully these features combined will be enough to combat the spawn camping issues!

Let's jump right in ------------------------------------------ Lobby – Spring redesign As you might have realized by now, we like to switch things up every now and then; so this time we thought, springtime is actually a pretty good excuse to do just that. Our builders worked tirelessly over the course of several days to give our lobby a major, really impressive spring overhau! Let me tell you, the overall vibes and attention to detail in this one are off the charts. More pictures here! -------------------------------------------------------- Pure Survival – New features Looking to give players a new way to make some extra money to use on claim blocks, server shops, etc., we’ve implemented a jobs plugin. Simply run /jobs browse and pick your line of work With 10 different jobs to choose from, there’s something in there for everyone! Note: You can work a maximum of 3 different jobs at the same time. This is another addition to the Sponsor+ perks. You can now give yourself a fancy new look in the form of a hex and/or gradient color prefix. With support for more than 16 million colors, the possibilities are truly endless. Use with /nick <gradient:#1eae98:#d8b5ff>YourNickname</gradient> Link to hex color codes. Note: At the time of writing this, hex prefixes are only available on Pure Survival, with support for more servers coming in the near future. -------------------------------------------------------- Assassin’s Craft updates First, a slight adjustment to the MasterAssassin rank. Starting this month, the AssassinS Leaderboard will be reset on a monthly basis. The goal is to make it a fair fight for everyone, much like the (similarly designed) TopVoter rank. Next up, let’s talk about spawn camping. Now, this has been an issue for as long as I can remember and, while it doesn’t happen all the time, it’s not a good experience for anyone, especially newcomers who are just starting their journey with little to no proper gear to defend themselves against campers. To combat the issue, we have introduced a 20sec no-PvP timer after respawning, for all players. That should give everyone enough time to leave spawn safely in case there are campers around. Be that as it may, we still highly encourage you to report these players to our staff so they can be dealt with. Another cool feature we’ve been testing out lately are parkour checkpoints. Basically, when you die in a dungeon, a checkpoint allows you to teleport back to a specific part of the dungeon so that you don’t necessarily have to start over from spawn again. As you go along, you will encounter multiple checkpoints depending on the length and difficulty of the parkour. Here's how it works: Please note that this feature is highly experimental and is currently only implemented in one of the dungeons over at the New Village. We plan on rolling out checkpoints for many more dungeons soon. If you wanna give us a number you think is close to what you had, we'll go ahead and do an item refund. That's all we can do at this point.

What do you mean? That was a backup from Feb 7 with plenty of stuff in it, so it should be the most up to date version of your vault up until it was wiped. It's definitely the most recent one that's available to us. If you want, you can just post a list of missing items and we'll do a refund for those instead.

This has now been implemented on most of our servers. Use with /pp. T/C.

Hi everyone, This is the second instalment of our vanilla newsletter. This time, we’re keeping it simple - and short. Sadly, due to a mix of technical constraints and availability issues (busy days for everyone), we haven’t been able to do many of the things that we had originally planned back in December. However, there’s still a couple of updates that took place since we last spoke that we’d like to share with you. Thanks to our amazing builders, AC’s iconic Volcano has received its first major overhaul in over 7 years (!) Check it out. Oh, and if that’s not awesome enough for you, take a look at the new portal system they're working on. Pretty cool stuff. After a lot of deliberation, we finally bit the bullet and switched to cash as the main currency on Pure Survival in order to keep the economy intact and prevent further complications. You can read more about this change here. Our main SkyWars plugin has been updated to allow for new features to be added and give you a much better experience overall. Keep an eye out for a full server update to 1.17.1 and new stuff to play with, very soon. As a Sponsor+, you can now: - Set up to 15 homes on Pure Survival, SkyBlock and Hiipo Plot Survival. - Create up to 20 market listings on Assassin’s Craft, Pure, SkyBlock and Hiipo. While this isn’t exclusive to our vanilla servers, we now have a new ticketing system up and running on our Discord server! You can use it for things like refund and rollback requests, command requests, rank activations and anything else that you might need assistance with. To get started, look for the channel on Discord, and then click the button. Be sure to choose the right categories after that. Please do keep in mind that this is an experimental feature; you can still use the forum to submit your requests as usual.
