totfc, let's say you want to register the password "bread". What you would do is: /register bread bread. Because it is /register (password) (ConfirmPassword = the password you put before)

That is because this is not the Towny plugin you were probably used to. This is the myTown mod. You can access the menu with /town help, and by doing /town you can find information about your town and see what players are in it. Again, /town help will list the sub commands for you I believe.
